Founded by Steve Gillick who had a vision to provide training courses which would achieve 100% pass rates through high quality, trainee focused training. 

After 25 years in a wide range of supervisory and management roles in transport, logistics and manufacturing Steve understands first-hand the need for good quality training to maintain a safe and productive environment.  

Gillick Industrial Training believes that staff training is an essential part of the safety culture and quality systems of any organisation. 

 We are proud of our trainers and the training we deliver from our techniques, through to the quality of skills that our delegates take away with them. 

Our approach is professional and flexible, and we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service standards and ensuring all candidates are professionally trained at a pace that suits them. Our accredited instructors possess a wealth of knowledge and experience gained within the transport, logistics and manufacturing sectors which adds value to understanding the working environments in which candidates function and operate. 

Whilst companies are not obliged to adopt accredited training, it is important to demonstrate that the training put in place is adequate, as outlined in L117. Therefore, the training courses we offer comply with industry best practice guidelines and we work alongside leading associations and accrediting bodies to ensure a consistent delivery of the highest standard of education and safety awareness for every course. The courses offered will help to ensure your organisation meets its regulatory responsibilities and help to provide a safer environment for employees, site visitors and customers.
